Terms of service

Stampped is a platform that connects event organizers with people who want to attend their events. We process ticket payments and issue tickets. The organizer of each event is responsible for that event, including running it, its content, and what happens at the door.

• Prices are shown in Nigerian naira (NGN). A service fee is added at checkout and shown before you pay.
• You can buy up to 20 tickets in one order. Each ticket has its own QR code.
• A free event lets each person claim one ticket. Claiming more than one ticket with the same email is not allowed.
• Your order is only complete once payment is confirmed and your ticket has been issued. If an order cannot be honoured, for example because the event sold out while you were paying, you will be refunded in full.

Your ticket is your entry to the event. Show the QR code from your ticket page or email. The organizer can refuse entry to a ticket that is invalid, copied, cancelled, refunded, or already used. Keep your ticket link private, because anyone with it can see the ticket.

Tickets may not be resold unless the organizer allows it in writing.

If an organizer cancels an event, every paid ticket is refunded. Other refund requests are handled as set out in our refund policy.

• You must give accurate details for every event, including the date, venue, price and capacity.
• You may not sell more tickets than the capacity you set for an event.
• You are responsible for complying with the law for your event, including any licences and permits it needs.
• You must not use the platform to sell tickets to an event you do not run.

Do not use Stampped to commit fraud, post unlawful or misleading content, scrape or overload the service, or try to get around payment, capacity or access controls.

Organizers sign in to manage events. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for an event’s content, cancellation or conduct, which are the organizer’s responsibility, or for losses that are not caused by our own breach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
